ABOUT THE DESIGNER...
Keltie has been a practicing Horticulturist for 22 years, and designing for eleven. She is a graduate of Vancouver Island University's Horticulture program, attended BCIT, is an I.T.A. registered journeyman, a Certified Arborist, and registered Architectural Illustrator.
Professionally, Keltie's Horticulture career has included working with the Town of Qualicum Beach, Parks, and developing and managing the Construction department in a large landscape company where she was the Garden Designer, Estimator, and Project Manager. Today she applies herself to Residential Landscape design, both single family and multi-family development. Her clients include mainly Home owners and Developers.
Keltie is a Landscape Designer who approaches projects with a focus on truly sustainable landscape design, and the positive change in industry trends and environmentally friendly preferences of clientele.
As a business professional, Keltie is a member of the BCLNA, Mid-Island Construction Association, Nanaimo Women's Business Network, Past President of the Central Vancouver Island Botanical Society, International Society of Arboriculture, and American Society of Architectural Illustrators.
